: DMS project specialist - DMS project specialist
Our client is looking for a DMS project specialist who can help them check and manage quality of vendor 3rd party delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience
Job description: Experience with design digitizing, indexing and sorting processes documents
Experience in designing and selecting Appropriate technical tools for digitizing and grading activities
Knowledge of legal issues outsourcing digitization services
Experience with archiving services, including relevant legislation
Appropriate experience in the design of applications for transfer of data between the supplier and the customer service digitization of these services.
The ability to look at the delivery of DTP digitizing and sorting office services from the perspective of information technology applications, data and infrastructure, security and functionality.
Knowledge of legal issues - archiving and shredding documents, the use of power. signatures.
Knowledge of scanning technology, image processing, optimization of image quality output VRS, The Possibility of separation and identification documents, the use of bar codes
Experience of Ensuring the security of outsourced digitization services
Experience of audit work on the part of the supplier DTP services.
Experience with design and implementation methodologies work on digitizing / sorting work
Skill Prio1: Knowledge of scanning technologies and techniques must
Skill Prio2: Knowledge of scanning software search as Kofax, Captiva, nice to have
Knowledge of the industry: Banking nice to have
Language knowledge: English must/ Czech must
