The successful Service-Now.com Support Consultant will have the following skills and experience:
Ability to carry out Technical Implementation of Customer Requirements within the Service-now.com platform - both onsite and offsite Full consultative role involving supporting all elements of ITservice management implementation including testing, training and documentation Take the lead in customer requirement meetings - must be very customer facing ITSM service management tool experience in HP; service desk, service manager, service centre, remedy etc ITIL background ITIL certified
