: IBM Maximo Asset Management v7.5. Lead/Senior Functional Consultant. Our client a global leader is seeking an IBM maximo consultant with Maximo Asset Management v7.5.As well as being able to understand the stated requirements and build a solution design around them the successful candidate must also be able to challenge the current thinking on requirements. The candidate should use their in-depth knowledge of IBM Maximo Asset Management to propose innovative and forward thinking solutions that are capable of meeting the needs of the business both now and in the future. The role will involve leading solution design workshops so that prospective clients would be confident of our ability to deliver and ably demonstrate in depth functional and technical knowledge of the application. They must also be able to explain to and influence the client verbally in workshops and meetings with regards to what an appropriate Maximo solution for the business requirements would be like. Skills/Experience required is At least 4 years IBM Maximo experience, including experience in the following areas, Extensive knowledge of the functional design, configuration and implementation of the Maximo Asset Management V7.5 product set Leading Functional Requirements capture workshops - Producing Requirements documentation Maximo solution design & optimisation to meet the functional requirements , Technical Knowledge required is Knowledge of the following IBM Maximo Asset Management components, IBM Maximo Asset Manager EAM 7.5, IBM Maximo Asset Linear 7.5 IBM Maximo Scheduler 7.5. Desirable skills are to Have a thoroughly professional and courteous client-side manner Proven ability to challenge in a positive and proactive manner Ability to work collaboratively with the project team and the stakeholder community Ability to work under pressure and to challenging timelines Highly developed influencing and interpersonal skills Ability to present orally to senior stakeholders with in the business (Senior Manager and Director level), beFlexible around work location to meet client requirements.
