• Resourcer
  The role of resourcer will encompass research, cold-calling, lead generation and sales support. Resourcers must work creatively and intelligently to generate leads and source candidates, as well as canvass clients. 
  
• Consultant
  Consultants will be responsible for speaking with and building meaningful commercial relationships with blue chip clients throughout Europe with a view to establishing contracts and/or making placements. 
  
• Senior Consultant
  Senior consultants will develop new and existing relationships with large international blue chip organisations. The job involves creating new business and then developing clients with the aim of acquiring preferred supplier status where possible. You will be expected to employ traditional recruitment techniques and also to introduce fresh and innovative ideas based on your prior experience and business acumen.
• Requirements
  Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be ambitious and innovative and able to work independently and creatively. For consultant and resourcer roles Universe Technology will accept applicants both with and without prior recruitment experience and each application will be considered on merit.

Due to the nature of the company candidates who speak a European language alongside fluent English or French would also be interesting.
