Description : An exceptional opportunity for an Audio & Video Technical Specialist has arisen to work in a first class broadcasting company in London.

The successful Audio and Video Specialist will have the following essential experience:

Encoding audio and video for delivery to set top box, web and mobile IPTV platforms
Strong video compression with understanding of H.264, MPEG2, and Windows Media codec suites, containers (mp4, 3gpp, MPEG2-TS) and their various implementations
Quantitive audio and video quality analysis and benchmarking
Solid understanding of enterprise grade media encoding systems
Experience with Anystream and Rhozet product suites
Knowledge of UK and US IPTV syndication and content delivery platforms
End-to-End media processing workflows; from content acquisition, preparation, encoding, packaging and delivery
Strong XML/XSLT skills
Knowledge of linear broadcast technologies.
