: SAP Program Manager required for a large project for our German client in Dubai.
The SAP Program Manager will be responsible for delivering the implementation of the company's business process requirements to assure SAP program conformity. This role, reporting to the CFO, will be the key point of contact for the change management in and for the documentation of all business and finance related processes as required prior to implementation of a stable SAP program. The SAP Program Manager will ensure that the business requirements are defined and implemented after comparison to best in class implementations, as they pertain to this program. The role-holder will be a recognized influential leader, requiring specialist subject matter knowledge of end to end financial processes. The SAP Program Manager will lead local teams dedicated to the SAP program, and effectively communicate with all key stakeholders.
The role will require:
Experience in developing SAP compliant business processes, preferably
in finance
Proven project management methodology, and ability to track and monitor
the implementation of the SAP program in the organization, ensuring on
time completion.
Change management consultancy experience
Secure document change control process implementation, train staff to
perform task
Align external and internal partners required to establish business
processes/functions relating to SAP decisions
Communicate and drive common goals and objectives across all functional
areas
Partner with IT and key stakeholders across the enterprise to
effectively complete the SAP program preparation
Champion change management and training to ensure effective systems
integration
