• Resourcer
  The role of resourcer will encompass research, cold-calling, lead generation and sales support. Resourcers must work creatively and intelligently to generate leads and source candidates, as well as canvass clients.
• Consultant
  Consultants will be responsible for speaking with and building meaningful commercial relationships with blue chip clients throughout Europe with a view to establishing contracts.
• Senior Consultant
  Senior consultants will develop new and existing relationships with large international blue chip organisations. The job involves creating new business and then developing clients with the aim of acquiring preferred supplier status where possible. You will be expected to employ traditional recruitment techniques and also to introduce fresh and innovative ideas based on your prior experience and business acumen.

Requirements
Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be ambitious and innovative and able to work independently and creatively. For consultant and resourcer roles Universe Technology will accept applicants both with and without prior recruitment experience and each application will be considered on merit.

Due to the nature of the company candidates who speak a European language alongside fluent English or French would also be interesting.

Training
Successful applicants will immediately be introduced to Universe Technology's intensive training program tailored to train them in every aspect of the recruitment life-cycle. They will also be trained in how the ERP market works and how best to match candidates to the customer's requirements and will be given intensive training specifically in SAP. Training will be on-going and progress regularly monitored to ensure that the full potential is reached.

In addition, Universe Technology gives accredited Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) training both internally and externally in order for its staff to adopt current recruitment best practice.

Universe Technology also welcomes applications from experienced recruiters, resourcers or managers and respects the expertise and experience of such applicants, however, full systems, recruitment and IT/SAP training is given to all new recruits upon induction and on a continual basis.
